Betsy is a senior (we think at least 8 years old) spayed female shih tzu. She is very laid back and calm. Betsy is loving but doesn't appear to be real comfortable sitting in your lap-she does love to sit beside you though. We think she was used for breeding mainly instead of as a pet. Betsy may be house trained as she has never been potty in her kennel. She tested negative for heartworms and is on prevention. Betsy is up to date on her vaccines and wormings. She is small, weighing only 15 lbs. Betsy has some allergies which cause her some problems with her skin-she has very itchy skin and will need a special diet and probably some additional vet care, such as shampoo, etc.
